Amy is a BA Archaeology and Anthropology graduate from Southampton University. For her dissertation she focused on Middle Eastern archaeological sites and how terrorism has affected their accessibility and why the Western world should - or should not - protect Orient heritage.

Keenly interested in military history of all ages and places, Amy wants to delve into the role of women in combat and what opinions may have changed in society. You'll find her on the nearest battlefield, both modern and ancient - most likely with a sketchbook in hand!
